We are so excited to have collaborated with our old friend Emma Kylmala of Town Dyer to bring a new bunch of naturally dyed yarns to the shop. A former Loopette who also worked as a shoe dyer for the Royal Ballet, Town Dyer combines Emma’s love of knitting with her love of natural dyes and the results are stunning.

One of our very favourite yarns at Loop is Qing Fibre. Hand dyed in London by Layla and her expert team, Qing Fibre yarns are a dream to knit and crochet with, and they come in a gorgeous rainbow of colour. A huge delivery from Qing Fibre landed at Loop recently, so we wanted to show you some of the brand new colours from their Shangri-La collection, just arrived for Summer 2019.
This week we are celebrating the recent release of two beautiful new shawl designs from Lori Versaci, of Versaci Knits. Triangulate is a triangular shawl with a combination of garter stitch and uncomplicated lace, and Waypoint is a similar combination of lace and garter stitch, but in the form of a wrap. Both these lovely new designs use the Qing Fibre Super Soft DK, which is one of our very favourite yarns.
