New kits and little treasures
This week we’re taking a look at some of our fantastic new kits that launched last week, as well as some new treasures that are in the shop now. Some of our kits are available to pre-order rather than purchase straight away; they were so popular they sold out over last weekend, but they will be replenished very soon!
We have new kits for one of our very favourite Loop patterns – Tiny Tassels. And it’s a free pattern too!
Bisous de Loop with Hegelia
Our newest kit for Tiny Tassels uses the gorgeous La Bien Aimée Cashmerino, with La Bien Aimée Merino Singles wound into mini cakes for the tassels. The Cashmerino is a very soft and luxurious base, making for an extra yummy shawlette.
Peerie Voe with Madeleine
We have three colour ways available for the kit – we have Drogon, a very sophisticated smokey purple-y brown, the earthy Peerie Voe, which has pop-colour tassels, and Bisous de Loop, our exclusive colour!
Drogon with Quartz Fumé
The kit comes with a mini ‘Loop in Manhattan‘ tote bag, and a copy of the printed pattern too.
There is also a tutorial for the tassels, in case you need something a little more visual to help you work through the first few of them.
Don’t worry, we’ll be restocking these kits before Christmas, in time for gifting season! We have a big La Bien Aimée delivery arriving at the beginning of December, and this will also include lots of the Merino Singles, Mohair, Cashmerino and DK weight bases too! There will also be a few new colours heading our way, so stay tuned!
Kits for Crepe Myrtle are on pre-order!
Loop’s newest pattern, designed by Olga Buraya-Kefelian and the kit, Crepe Myrtle, launched last week and we were blown away with the response! Both kits, the blue and the plum colour ways, have sold out! Thank you so much to everyone who has purchased one so far, we can’t wait to see them knitted up!
We also have a few of the One More Stripe kits in the Emerald Dream colour way in stock next week. This colour way also sold out – we are so happy you all love our new kits as much as we do! More of the Plum Dream colour way will be arriving before Christmas, and there are a few Pink Dream still available too.
Beautiful Flower Power kits will be back soon!
Lastly, we will be getting more of our newest crochet kit, the Flower Power shawl kit, any day now!
If you would like to be notified when the Flower Power kits are restocked, please send an email to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to add you to our waiting list.
Don’t forget all of our kits come with a special ‘Loop in Manhattan’ tote bag. We have them available to purchase individually too!
Little treasures now in store…
Nathalie’s beautiful new book in our London shop window
We have Nathalie Lété’s gorgeous new book, Craft The Seasons in store now. Filled with 200 pages of illustrations and instructions, Nathalie’s beautiful book will inspire and guide you in creating decorative and useful items throughout the year, including postcards, napkin rings, masks, cake toppers, and more in celebration of all the seasons. This is the most fantastic book for adults and children alike. We just love it!
We also have Making A Life by Melanie Falick in store and online. With revealing portraits and gorgeous original photographs, Making a Life captures all the joy of making and the power it has to give our lives authenticity and meaning.
Sweet little parcels of Sock Mini skeins from Viola
There are a limited number of the Viola Sock yarn bundles available! These can be used for knitting the Emily’s Favourite Socks pattern, but you could also use them for our own free Toe Up Socks with an Afterthought Heel pattern, or the Plain Vanilla Socks by Hiromi Nagasawa on Ravelry. Emily’s Favourite Sock pattern is also in her book Knits About Winter, which we will be back in stock in a few days.
More Viola yarn is arriving before Christmas, on different bases (yay!), so don’t worry if you’re not able to get one of these sock bundles, we’ll have more of Emily’s wonderful and sought-after yarn soon.

Lastly, we have some of the beautiful little charm brooches handmade be Jessie Chorley in store and online now. These were much loved by Jonna and Sini of Laine Magazine at our pop-up shop in Manhattan last weekend!
We just want to say a huge huge THANK YOU to everyone who visited us in Manhattan; everyone who came by to say hi, to take one of our classes with Julie Arkell and Tif Fussell or to participate in the knit afternoon with Jonna and Sini. We are so thrilled you all found something special to take away with you!
