Exquisite Gift Boxes of Naturally Dyed Threads from Japan!

Exquisite Gift Boxes of Naturally Dyed Threads from Japan!

How much beauty can fit in one box? We’re totally bowled over by the Enneste Naturally Dyed Embroidery Thread Boxes that just arrived in the shop from Japan!

This exquisite collection of 19 threads is the result of a collaboration between Enneste and Hiromi Fujimoto Couture. Temaricious alumna Naho Izumi is the brain behind Enneste, and what she doesn’t know about dyeing threads wouldn’t even fill this box. Givenchy alumna Hiromi Fujimoto is a fashion designer extraordinaire whose work is inspired by  French and Luneville embroidery techniques. These Tokyo and Paris based textile gurus are a match made in heaven, and we’re in awe of what they’ve created.

You won’t find threads this exquisite anywhere else.

The threads in the Enneste Naturally Dyed Embroidery Thread Box are one of the most beautiful collections we’ve ever seen: silk, mohair, cotton, bamboo, linen, and merino wool threads dyed to perfection using hues from avocado, Japanese pagoda tree, and indigo, among others. It’s a lovely box of both textures and colour. It will bring so much joy to the embroidery or stitching enthusiast in your life, whether that’s a loved one or yourself!

Anna Hashimoto’s beautiful illustration graces the top of the Enneste Naturally Dyed Embroidery Thread Box.

Absolutely everything has been honed to perfection here, from the precise naturally dyed colours of the threads (which were lovingly crafted over several months) to the illustration by the textile designer and artist Anna Hashimoto that graces the cover of the box, which is based on Hiromi’s embroidery work. We are so chuffed to have these in the shop and over the moon to be able to share them with you.
