We’re bringing you the first instalment of our new video series ‘Meet the Maker’ this week! We are so excited about this project, which is in collaboration with film maker Richard Jung. Melanie talks about her life, her design process and how the knitting community and the act of knitting gives her and others such joy.
During these strange in-between days spending time at home, rather than at the shop, the Loopettes have been finding sources of comfort from many different places. This week we’re sharing some of those things – lots of us have been knitting, but we’re also stitching, cooking, gardening and reading to keep our minds occupied and our hands busy.
We thought that this week we would share some of the great things we’ve been seeing popping up online during these difficult times. We hope that, while our London and online shops are closed, you’ll be able to continue your creativity and find some wonderful things to occupy your time.
