Jumping into 2026 with Storiatipic and Crafty Favourites
This week we’re welcoming a world of creativity and craft tradition in the form of utterly gorgeous scarves by Storiatipic!
Storiatipic is the creation of Marie Gozard with her twin sister Françoise. Born to French and Italian parents, Marie and Françoise grew up with a passion for discovering new cultures and horizons. In Marie’s case, this led her to spend six years in India, where she fell in love with rich colours and beautiful materials and learned about the country’s deep history of craftsmanship, admiring the traditional practices that are still in use today.

When she returned to France in 2007, she brought her awe for Indian textiles with her, and soon set up Storiatipic with Françoise. This unique textile and design house blends the latest French trends with Indian craft expertise honed over generations of artisans. Since then, Storiatipic has grown into a globally celebrated brand whose totally original approach to design with passion, opennes, respect, and appreciation for the unconventional and atypical has brought colourful joy to so many people.

We are overjoyed to have some of Storiatipic’s iconic scarves in the shop. The Nelly Scarf and Lolita Scarf are gorgeous examples of the exceptional textiles Marie, Françoise, and the team are renowned for. The drape on both of thiese pieces is sublime thanks to the extraordinary materials and weight of each. We just can’t get over how lovely they are.

The Nelly Scarf is an incredibly lightweight blend of merino wool and cashmere, so it’s a super soft, warm, and luxurious way to put a finishing touch on any outfit. The design is hand-printed in India, and then embellished with embroidery, making it a truly standout piece. Our first batch of these sold out in an instant, but luckily we have more on the way, so you can preorder yours now! The Lolita Scarf is a huge, cosy piece at 100 x 200 cm, allowing you to wrap yourself up in love hearts. The quality of this is totally gorgeous. It’s 100% wool and printed and dyed using traditional techniques. We love Storiatipic!
