Loop’s 10 Knit Along!

By now many of you will have received your own copy of our anniversary book Loop’s 10 and have been busy choosing what you will cast on first. We have loved seeing your projects start to appear on Ravelry (and the odd sighting in the shop!) so we thought what better way to kick of the Autumn months than with a Knit Along?

We’re including all 12 projects from Loop’s 10, so all you have to do is chose a favourite and get knitting!

The very simple rules are as follows –

1. Knit (or crochet) any of the 12 gorgeous projects from Loop’s 10. If you have started a project from the book already, it can be included in the KAL too.

2. Make sure you join in the fun of choosing colours and watching everyones projects develop on our dedicated Loop’s 10 KAL group. Keep your fellow Ravelers up to date with your knits, plus we’ll be on hand for advice and encouragement. If you are using Instagram, please use the hashtag #Loops10KAL and tag us in the post @looplondonloves so we can follow everyones progress virtually via the magic of the internet.

3. Take a picture and post your project in all it’s knitty glory in the Finished Object thread. You are welcome to post more than one project, but make sure you post a picture of your project in our FO Thread by 10th January 2016

…because what would a KAL be without some prizes? We have several wooly treats lined up for a winner (or few!) that we’ll be picking at random from the FO thread at the end of the KAL. Over the next couple of weeks we’ll be revealing what up for grabs for the winners, so stay tuned!

In other news we’re thrilled to be part of Leigh Metcalf’s new book London Stitch and Knit. This beautifully photographed book is a comprehensive guide to the capitals best crafty shops. The ideal book to help plan and inspire several trips for locals and visitors alike! We have several copies now for sale online.
