Melted Suri Beanie – our free Christmas gift pattern to you!

Say hello to our newest free pattern, the Melted Suri Beanie, a little Christmas gift from us! Our Melted Suri Beanie uses just one skein of yummy Qing Fibres Melted Baby Suri yarn, which is beautifully soft and very lightweight. With a blend of alpaca, merino and silk, this yarn is a dream to work with. With sizes for babies through to an adults large, this hat is perfect for everyone in your family (and you too)!

Melted Suri Beanie

This pattern comes from one of our wonderful Loopettes, Juliet Jung, and has been developed especially for this amazing yarn. The simple garter stitch construction is quick to knit up, and shows off the hand dyed Qing Fibre colours perfectly.

The Melted Suri Beanie can be knit flat or in the round, our pattern is written with both versions, meaning you can work with your favourite method. It’s perfect for knitting over the holiday period!

The Qing Fibres yarn makes a lovely cosy fabric, exactly what is needed for chilly winter walks. Even better, you will be able to make more than one hat with a single skein, it goes a long way.

We have added wonderful mini pom-poms to the baby sizes of our hats. These ones are made of a fine woven faux fur and come in a lovely range of cute pastel colours.

If the paler pastel colours don’t take your fancy, have a look at the other faux fur pom-poms we stock. Handmade in Austria, these are real beauties!
