Roulade Scarf Kit

This is an absolute must have scarf! Light, simple and warm, with beautifully soft, subtle colours. Perfect in it’s simplicity!

The combination of colours and yarn is what makes Roulade so beautiful and light! The kit is made up of Lamauld from CaMaRose. We don’t carry stock of this incredible CaMaRose yarn ~ we’ve just got it for these special kits!

Lamauld is a super soft 50/50 Camelid (Llama) and Wool fingering weight, with a put up of 220m to 50 grams. The kit includes 10 full 50g balls of yarn in eight colours, as well as the printed pattern.

Roulade is designed by Wenche at PixenDK, who has kindly given us the pattern in English.

The yarn and the pattern are only available at Loop in this kit form. We do not sell her pattern separately, as it is a free pattern, in Danish, on her blog.

Wenche is a Copenhagen based designer who grew up with sheep on her grandmother’s farm in Denmark. She owned a yarn store in Copenhagen and has been keeping her blog since 2009. We are delighted that she has translated this beautiful pattern for us!

Roulade Scarf

The scarf measures approximately 200 cm long so can be wrapped in many ways and several times around your neck. The rib width stretches between 22 and 46 cm.
You can easily give or take a little in both length and width if you wish different dimensions. 

The finished weight of the Roulade, as described in the pattern, is about 160gr so you will have plenty of yarn left over if you wish to make it longer or wider. (Each of the 10 balls are 50 grams.)
