Carrying Yarns When Striping

Our easy, free pattern, Sophie’s Hat, uses stripes to jazz up a basic hat pattern. Here’s a quick tutorial showing how to carry your two differently-coloured yarns up while working the stripes!

And then the grey is used to make your first stitch.

You would do the opposite when your second colour (pink) is in use. Easy peasy!
