Wishing You Joy and Peace from All of Us at Loop
Another year is coming to a close, and once again we’re left with nothing but gratitude for all the wonderful moments we’ve shared.
It has been so wonderful to connect with so many of you, both online and in person, and share our love of creative crafts and wonderful wools. Our community grew to more than 100,000 strong this year on Instagram, and so many new and familiar faces visited us in the shop. Together we raised money to support the very important work of World Central Kitchen, the International Rescue Committee, and Doctors Without Borders.
So many of you joined a class, and partnering with our neighbours at Frequency Coffee to host some of them and add coffee to the equation just made them that much cosier. We also welcomed some truly great crafters from around the world, from Hikaru Noguchi’s visit in August to Dee Hardwicke and Jonna Helin’s launch of their book Cultivate in November.
As a reminder, we’re saying thanks for a fabulous year with a Gift Card giveaway over on Instagram and here on the blog. We’re giving away SIX £50 Gift Cards on each platform! To enter on the blog, leave a comment on the previous blog post (not this one) saying what you would want to use your Gift Card for. If you’re not already subscribed to our newsletter, we encourage you to sign up in the right hand column above! To enter on Instagram, make sure you’re following Loop and then leave a comment on the post about the Gift Card giveaway saying what you would want to use your Gift Card for. We’ll announce the winners on Friday 3 January!
We’ve loved every moment of 2024, and we can’t wait to bring more craft love into 2025 as we celebrate our 20th anniversary! We’ve got plans in the works for special kits, fabulous celebrations, and much, much more. We can’t wait to share more in the new year!
Holiday Hours
We’ve been closed this week to allow our staff to enjoy the holidays, and we’ll be closed again next week, but this weekend we’ll be open! Visit from 11:30am to 5:30pm on Saturday and noon to 5pm on Sunday. We’ll be open as usual from Saturday 4 January.
Enjoy!
