New Pattern ~ Spruce Hat

Last Spring we introduced you to our lovely Spruce Cardigan by Ella Austin. Now we’re launching the Spruce Hat using the same great motif! The hat is knit in BC Garn Semilla DK, a lighter weight yarn than the chunky Semilla Grosso, that the cardigan was knit in, but still 100% organic merino wool.

We’ve knit so many charming colourways of this hat!

Spruce Hat At Loop London — Spruce Hats: Turquoise and grey version ~Light Grey (ob101) and Turquoise (ob111). Rose and grey version ~ Light Grey (ob101) and Rose (ob104). Dark grey and relish version ~ Charcoal Grey (ob102) and Relish (ob107).

The BC Garn Semilla comes in 26 warm colours. All the yarns are blended with the natural sheep grey, so have a gentle undertone which help to harmonise the colours.

The hat pattern comes in three sizes. With 4 balls of yarn, two of each colour, you can knit two hats in reverse colourways. These are the perfect item for knitting ahead of Christmas!
