You may think of summer as a slow time for knitting but we have so many tempting new treats in shop ~ perfect for light summer knitting projects! Madelinetosh is one of our best selling yarns, so we are thrilled to have a new Madelinetosh base yarn! And many mouth watering new colours in Prairie, Pashmina, Merino Light, Twist Light, and Tosh DK! All are dyed by hand in Texas, from ethically sourced South African wool. We’ve put together some beautiful photographs of pairings of the new colours, in case you can’t make it into the shop to see them for yourself.

We have a beautiful new hand-dyed, natural yarn to show you this week! Moel View Yarn is dyed by Paula Goosen in Wales using all natural dye stuffs on wool and silk bases. We carry two beautiful bases by Moel View: Bliss and British DK.

This Toe-Up Socks with Afterthought Heel Pattern is a Loop favourite. We’ve offered it, as a free pattern, for the last five years and we can see that at least 423 of you have listed your projects on Ravelry! We thought it was time to refresh the pattern and make a new version in one of our favourite sock yarns, Madelintosh Twist Light.
